The Lobster Boy (pictured above) has taken the popular food chain, "Red Lobster" to court. He is suing them for what he calls harassment.
"I went in to Red Lobster and ordered myself the Shrimp dinner." He told the press on April 18th, "The next thing I knew, I was being being poked with a fork by the cook! He was telling me to come back to the kitchen and that he wanted to try me out in his new industrial sized pot. I was shocked!"
Red Lobster is filing a counter suit against the Lobster Boy for killing the cook with his bare claws. He says it was out of self defense.
